Hi, I can't figure out how to rotate the graph. I would like to display it on its side like my fb1.6 layout with foo_uie_vis_channel_spectrum.

Rotation is not implemented. You can mirror the graph on the x and/or y axis but the frequency axis will always be horizontal.

Reason: while Direct2D can easily rotate graphics on any angle text gets rotated at same time.

Okay I understand. Hope you consider implementing, I don't have a problem with rotated text.

I've have updated my own frequency bands spectrum project to add "Analysis" peak decay mode (which is calculated in linear amplitude scale and scaled to logarithmic or nth root within specified dB range afterwards when drawing peaks), which is more consistent with foo_enhanced_spectrum_analyzer and you might be interested on adding that

Does anyone have a preset that exactly matches the behaviour of the built-in Spectrum?

edit: 32bit

Hi guys!
Does it work on windows 8.1?
I've read old discussion in this thread. And respected Case put some code to bypass win10 restriction.
But the last working version for me is v0.7.2.0 (for win8.1 x64, fb2k v2.1.5 x64).

Could you please clarify can it work on win 8.1?

I don't exclude OS versions intentionally but I have no way to test that.

I'm ready to assist.
Also I hit on an idea that you could use virtual machine with win 8, or win 7 to test some things.
What do you think?

I already have too little time. Why would I spend time on old operating systems?

At first you wrote that you "have no way to test that", so I propose some options.
Why do you make this plugin (for whom)?

Sorry everyone if I don't read all the 36 pages, but: Is this component also available as a VST plugin?

I want to use it in my DAW. As spectrum analyzer, this is way better than Voxengo SPAN. No kidding! :D

Obviously not available as a VST plugin, much like foo_enhanced_spectrum_analyzer
