Networking stream buffer size setting no longer available

I am posting in reference to this thread (https://hydrogenaud.io/index.php/topic,116398.0.html) with a new subject header in order to clarify the topic for forum readers that may have thought the original was referring to the obviously still present buffer settings for playback output, etc.  This specifically refers to to the buffer slider that used to be present in Preferences/Networking for adjusting radio streams in order to fix issues with choppy streams, as shown in swanmaiden's attachment png in the original thread.

Is this setting now adjustable by a different method and we're just not finding it?  Any help appreciated.
