VSTi host MIDI driver for Windows Vista/7 (x86/x64)

https://github.com/mudlord/vstdriver

This is a new MIDI driver for Windows that allows for easy use of VSTi instruments, such as the S-YXG50 VST, as synthesisers to be used globally in any MIDI supporting application.
This is designed as a VSTi host driver to remove the need for complex and stupid configurations like loopback drivers, etc to use VSTI synths globally in application. This instead,
was designed purely for ease of use and to remove the niggling issue of Yamaha synths not being supported in Windows 7.

Naturally, you need your own VSTi's for this to work.

This has been tested with:
* S-YXG50
* S-YXG2006LE
* Edirol Virtual Sound Canvas
