Any Conclusions on --preset medium

Been reading through the threads about the new preset. After posting a question about ABR settings, it was suggested that I try the medium preset. I have, and it does get the bitrate into the range I'm looking for (around 165kbs).

Just wondering if there are any conclusions on the quality, as compared to something like ABR 160 or even R3mix. I don't expect it to be the same as APS. I really didn't see any conclusions in the past threads I was reading.

I probably would not be able to tell a difference myself, unless using good headphones.
