Add DSP effect when compressing?

For MP3 players like the Zune2 that doesn't have EQ, are there compressors that can apply equalizing and surround processing when compressing the files? I woud like something like Sony's Clear Bass, that automatically adds boost for you, instead of asking you to manually moving the sliders.

You can choose whatever DSP component available for foobar to process during converting. It even supports VST plugins with the right components
Can't wait for a HD-AAC encoder :P

How do you use foobar to encode WMA pro? Is it capable to use the Windows Media Encoder's batcher program?

Also, for the foobar's dolbyheadphone "wrapper", does the dsp have to be available in foobar, or can it also be "wrapped" from another program?

Foobar can use command line encoders.  Check google, I'm sure theres documentation for how to use MS's that you can use with foobar.

You use DSP from converter, it's in second tab in converter dialog (Processing tab)
