mp3 file header is messed up

OK, I screwed up.  I was tooling with foobar(a windows app) and I right clicked an mp3 and hit "repair file header" or so.  I forget the exact name of the menu item but it's close to that and I'm at work so I can't look it up right now, I'll edit this post when I get home.

So, anyway, long story short, I "repaired" the file header thinking it would do nothing but it changed the track length from 4 and half hours to half an hour with just the first half hour playable.  In both windows and linux if I look at the mp3s size it says 50MBs when it should be 300MBs or so.  What I want to know is if there's any mp3 editors out there that can fix such an issue?
