Show Track Artist instead of Album Artist in the Now Playing screen

I do not use the Compilation flag, because other software I use does not utilize it properly, so all my compilations have the Album Artist set to “Various Artists” with each track Artist set properly.

But, the Now Playing screen only shows “Various Artists”. Any way to get it to default to the Track Artist field instead of Album Artist?

(I’m using the current iOS version.)
