Hi,

I am looking for an implementation of the LC3 bluetooth codec. Do you know any software or website allowing to encode and decode wav files? I only found this https://www.bluetooth.com/de/specifications/specs/low-complexity-communication-codec-1-0/ webiste, but I require an bluetooth account which I dont have nor can I create it.

There's zephyrproject-rtos / liblc3codec (https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/liblc3codec), but I don't know how to encode wav files into lc3 and decode lc3 files to wav.

liblc3 is no longer premature, v1.02 is available now.
