Some audio plays back slow problem

I'm using Foobar 0.9.3.

I just got back from being out of town for 3 weeks and noticed that like half the files I listen to are playing back slow, like a full-step or so downtuned.  It seems like entire albums, or perhaps playlists, are deciding to play slow.  I've never noticed this problem before.  Last night the same files were consistently playing slow, but today those are playing fine and others are consistently playing slow.

I have tried switching from using Asio output to normal default Windows sound (using my soundblaster instead of my M-Audio interface), but it made no difference.
