Skins - Access Denied

When trying to add skins to 1.3 Beta getting access denied error. although keeps skins from previous version.

To use the skins, I un-installed 1.3 then installed using previous APK, and then updated back to 1.3.

Skins were retained but get the "Access Denied" error when trying to add more.

Getting the same message, not sure why, mobile probably become incompatible with those old skins maybe?

it would seem that permission to access other type of files is missing in latest version, only permission to access media files is present.

only way to use skins in new version is to install skins on an older version and upgrade foobar. skins will be retained that way.
