Can you help me how to do that? Dragging the splitters changes positions of buttons, menu, track scollbar etc. but not the playlist. Tabbed control (playlist) is not effected; also it does not have a splitter. You can see my tool bar right click result in the image. I couldn't figure it out.

If I may advise, buy a measurement microphone like the UMIK-1 from MiniDSP. Setup Foobar2000 with the free Mathaudio RoomEQ plugin and measure how your current setup behaves and play a bit with the plugin to optimize the sound. Maybe the only thing you need is a sub (or 2).
I was a bit disappointed by my setup because of a vvery loud bassnote that occurred in many songs until I found out that I had some nasty room modes to take care of.
I now use the RoomEQ plugin and because I have a sub I am considering a MiniDSP 2x4HD or a DDRC24 module to 'fix' the curve permanently on all sources.
PS. I already have done the maximum (wife) allowed acoustic treatments in my living room (large self made absorbers behind the speakers). For optimizing room acoustics you could best get some experience with REW because it's more detailed than RoomEQ, but RoomEQ is very simple to use and a great start.
Sometimes a DSP module can be cheaper than new speakers and yield better results if the room is the main issue.

I trust that you know better how to organize classical music. Classical authors only appear infrequently on my list in crossover compositions along with other personnel, and follow uniform format within the collection, without distinction between contemporary/classical. Colored separators are similar to clickable blue hyperlinks on music databases. They help, but only so much, to avoid overload of punctuation marks and right-to-left reading, such as in "Parsons, Alan, Project, The" or "Davis, Louis F., Jr." (or any ending with Jr. or article). One still has to enter and read the text in the unformatted Properties dialog or Selection Properties.

If the process runs out of memory it can't do anything but crash. You should not add zip files or any other archives to media library. Scanning them is very slow and consumes a lot of memory. In this case too much.
