foobar2000 Preferences > Components > Installed components drag and drop.
foobar2000 Restart

・Preferrences > Tools > SACD > DSD > Output (per device) > Type > DSD or DSD+PCM
・Output: ASIO+DSD: DSD DAC ASIO Driver

Don't use DSP (DSP Manager).
