Update in Psytel AACenc 1.5

Ivan Dimkovic, creator of the widely acclaimed Psytel
AAC encoder  released an updated version of his
AACenc software, with some bugfixes and audio
quality improvements. (he said something about
ATH, but i don't know what all those acronyms
mean  ... can anybody help me? :needhelp: )
