Automatic resampling: using Resampler (PPHS)

On start of every track the message "Automatic resampling: using Resampler (PPHS)" is shown. This is also the case, if track has FLAC 44,1kHz/16bit and Soundcard has also 44,1kHz/16bit and no resampling is needed. (foobar2000 1.6 beta 10)

A resampler DSP is injected but it does nothing if input rate == output rate. No actual resampling happens.
Microsoft Windows: We can't script here, this is bat country.
