plugin requests: 'shell context menu' etc.

hello, i got two requests for plugins:


1) shell context menu

add two context menu items, which would open as ther submenu:
a) shell pop-up context menu for selected file (or maybe even files)
b) shell pop-up context menu for folder with selected file

2) utility services

similar to foo_web, it would manage list of shortcuts to programs etc

I need a shell context menu too cause it's the only way to send files to my smartphone.
