Replaygain causes file deletion

Hello. I have lost a couple of ogg files with Foobar. I calculated replaygain per track for them, and then they won't play in foobar any more. I look at them, and it turns out that they became of 0 byte size. Is this a known issue?
Maybe the oggs just had really long filenames?

I lost some ogg files while tagging with Foobar 0.51 or 0.52, but this is fixed quite some time ago...

I am very sorry. For some reason I was absolutely sure that I had the latest version. I'm not usually this incompetent.
