CueTools repaired track CTDB Accurately ripped but AR No match?

I have a few ripped CDs with errors, and CueTools successfully repaired them. However, after repair the files can only be matched in CTDB but no match in AR, is this expected?  :o

Also, you can test with offset -90 and maybe get ARv2 hits. Maybe also with -18.
