Pioneer VSX-415 K

OK guys, I need some opinions on that receiver - Pioneer VSX-415 K.
The specs are: here.
I suppose you could recommend me much better products but we're talking about sort of an entry level equipment. In other words I don't need anything too fancy.
Is this receiver a good buy for ~$300 (maybe less)?
