external sata&usb2 enclosure

i would like to have an external portable enclosure for sata drive (sata/usb2 combo), which could:

a. connect directly to sata controler and it would use sata power cable as well (that is directly from host computer, so there wont be any lil black boxes on my table)
b. usb2 connection + lil black box - the power supply for all the other computers

any solutions?

and 2nd, where can i get a 3'5 plate with mentioned sata + sata power connectors? (my pci is full and i dont want to have cables hanging out of pc  )
