.cue files for iPhone

Hello friends!

I have been wondering if there is a way to set it up so that the mobile version on iPhone accurately splits .flac files from a .cue file. I tried dragging both files in a folder into the foobar files section but I can't seem to get it to work, playback time still reads as id 56 minutes or so.
