The name of the song is "Fine Again" by the band Seether.  It is available on their Disclaimer or Disclaimer II album.  Disclaimer was released in 2002 and Seether re-released the album (Disclaimer II) with an added bonus DVD (containing music vidoes) and some bonus songs in 2004.
