I read the links above and they were very useful.
Only about tagging I did not get an answer. I remember someone once told me there is something called H PACK I think .. for the tag WAVPACK files.
(I also read the official site but for some reason I could not find an answer to this.)
How do you tag your WAVPACK  files?
what is the best way?

There's no "best way" to tag. There are just more or less convenient ways to do it. I write tags to audio files using my audio player (foobar2000).

He said he uses foobar2000, not those programs.  If you want to know if either of them work with wavpack, have you tried google?
