using keyboard shortcuts to change the value of a pvar in panelsui?

is this possible? i have various displays setup corresponding to different values of a pvar i have set and am trying to get it to work with keyboard shortcuts to switch between the different displays to supplement button pushing.

sry if this was already asked i couldnt find it in search (probably not searching the right terms)
