I'm experimenting with Aoyumi's latest test builds and it seems that, on the 20100214 build, -q settings above -q0 are ignored.  The default quality appears to be -q0.  Setting -q1, -q2, etc results in the file still being encoded at -q0.  Setting -q-2, etc. works.  On the older 20091012 release, the -q settings work as they're supposed to.  Has anyone else experienced this?  If so, is there a workaround?  Aoyumi, if you're reading this, is there a better place to report bugs in test builds?

Aoyumi mentions that the version only supports encoding with low bitrates in his blog.
