Hmmm that's quite difficult to do as different people have used the smoke buttons in various unique combinations, by way of example I have attached litmitil's custom smoke button setup in both 0.8.3 PNG and 0.9 FCB formats.

Edit: litmitil's entire 0.8.3 columns UI configuration is available here, screenshot.
