windows 7 and audition 3 language problem,help me

Hi

i installed audition 3 on my desktop windows 7 32bit

i got a problem

something in english ,something in my native language

almost everything is in english and the efects  are in my language

i tried to install it in english and run the patch 3.0.1 same problem

i restored an image of a clean install , install in my native language and the patch in my language

again something is in english other parts are in my languages

tried to tweak the registry , i changed the value from 0 to 4 nothing

does someone had my problem?
