App to auto merge 2 MP3s of same media w/ large overlap in the middle?

I'm not sure it's worth the effort so I'm gonna ask. Can I merge two mp3s recorded from the same show that overlap in the middle? I've ripped a radio broadcast that is not available as podcast with Streamripper and I had to switch machines in between due to a reboot. My PC recorded from from minute 1 to 40 and the laptop file from 30 to 60 minutes so there's a 10 min overlap. Rather than listening to both files and finding the breaks myself, is there a way to do this in software?
