tbar_foo and foo_remote 1.0.7

Hi,

my English not so good, but i will try my best.

I wanted to use the plugin tbar_foo. I have installed foobar2000 0.7. I have used the easy installer which is in the download file of the plugin.

When I start foobar I can't find the plugin. That means nothing opens and no option are possible for the plugin?

Where is the error? What should I do?

It's not really a plug-in. Right-click your Windows taskbar, choose Toolbars, and then click on Foobar 2000 Controls. That should do it. 
That's so plausible, I can't believe it.
