Feat req—Disable all pictures context menu when not applicable

foobar2000 1.2.9

If a file has no pictures in metadata information it would be nice if the "Remove all pictures" context menu entry would be greyed out/disabled.

And ability to get this "pictures presence" (resp. "replaygain presence'') as a variable like %_has_pictures% (resp. %_has_replaygain%) in order to make columns.

Same with the "Remove tags from files) menu entry. If a file has no tag at all, it should be greyed out.
