Need MP3 splitter that reads cue sheets

Any recommendations?  Freeware is preferred, of course, but commercial OK if no other alternatives.  Ability to edit tags at time time of split would be nice too.

Thanks

Just tell me if I got this right... You have one big MP3 and a CUE sheet. Now, you want to split the MP3 into several pieces based on the CUE sheet and additionally copy the track names... to the ID3 tag.

I can recommend MP3DirectCut.
It can split mp3 files by cuesheet. It has only ID3v1 support.
For tagging use e.g. foobar2000.

edit: Correction Tool has tagging features.

Thanks naturfreak, direct cut looks like it's just the ticket!

Sebastian, you got it.
