need licensing help!

i want to publish source code under these conditions:
* code can be used in other projects (commercial too, naming original author not required)
* people including my code do NOT have to release their final code
* source-mods must be marked as such
* someone must not say he did my work

gpl/lgpl/mpl force code availabilty which i don't want.
what can/should i choose?

bsd?
mit?
zlib?

any advice/suggestions?

BSD License is a good choice.
