"-L" Error converting to NeroAAC

I'm converting all my .ape files to Nero AAC using Foobar.
I found this erro:


An error occured while writing to file (The encoder has terminated prematurely with code 1; please re-check parameters) : "H:\071209My Music02\20080407 My Music\080407Documenti02\My Music\My CD's\Pop Rock Blues & Jazz\Various Artists\Dance Revolution\Disc 06 - Remix\Various Artists - Dance Revolution Volume 6 - Remix - 02 - Funkstar De Luxe feat. Bob Marley - Sun Is Shining (Remix).mp4"
Additional information:

Maybe your output total filepath is more than 255 total characters?

That's about 270 characters or so and Windows LFN can be no more than 255 total characters in Windows XP, or 260 total characters in Windows Vista.  This is for the ENTIRE filepath, not just the filename.
