is unpredictability the same as tonality?

there's a section in psymodel.c that refers to unpredictabililty calculation.  is this the same as tonality?

i'm trying to analyze psymodel.c for a class and i need to do it fast.   

any help appreciated.  thanks.

Well unpredictability is opposite of tonality, no?

Tonality is measured by checking the (un)predictability of the signal.

It's not the same - it's just a way to measure/estimate the tonality. There are other methods.
