Can text in a wiki table be centered ?

I've just converted Vietwoojagig's " -V n (in 3.95.1), Presets, bitrates and lowpass of V value" table into the wiki and i can't get the text in the cells to center, well when i say can't i mean i don't know how to  . I have looked through the Wiki help page without any luck.

Code: [Select]
{| align=center border="1" cellpadding="5" cellspacing="0"
|+'''How do i center my text'''
| A || Man || Eating || Duck
|-
| Duck || Eating || Man || A
|}

Could somebody tell me how it's done using the above example?

P.S atleast the Wiki forum is getting some action now
