SSF/DSF Decoder sound quality/correctness issue

After I compared the sound with the actual Dreamcast recording and Winamp's Highly Theoretical plugin, the foobar plugin seems to have poorer sound quality (aliasing?). For example, in Ikaruga's Chapter 2 music, there are high frequency noise in about 1:01. The cymbals in all tracks sound choppy as well. Is it possible to fix? Thanks!!

Sounds almost exactly like the same track from the OST, but maybe I'm deaf. And of course there's aliasing, it's using linear interpolation.
