[DOUBLE POST] MP3 Tagging Issue

I have used MP3tag to id all my music.  but going through some of my tagged music i see in WMP12 they will not show up right.  but in everything else they will.
i have looked through the extended tags and something is fishy.  i have also reset the library for WMP12 and the tags will not change.
i do use id3v2.3 tags and also tag them with APEv2

*I am on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit
*use mp3tag to edit my music
*tried other programs like foobar, media monkey, etc. and nothing has worked.

if u guys want i can upload a file as well to see if you guys can tackle this
