v1.0 multi-track + embedded cue problem

after upgrading to v1.0 i can no longer convert to multi-track files with embedded cuesheets.
i had the same problem during the v1.0 beta and reverted to 0969 and the problem was gone.
so was hoping that it had been resolved in the v1.0 final, but apparently it hasnt.

anyone had the same/similar problem?

it's a plain install with all optional components (from the installer) with tak and lame.

heres info from the console of v1.0
Code: [Select]
CLI encoder: takc.exe
Destination file: D:\Lossless\Re\Bar9-2009-Bar9-dalle.tak
Encoder stream format: 44100Hz / 2ch / 16bps
Command line: "C:\Program Files (x86)\foobar2000\takc.exe" -e -pmax - "Bar9-2009-Bar9-dalle.tak"
Working folder: D:\Lossless\Re\
Encoder process still running, waiting...
Encoder process terminated cleanly.
An error occurred while finalizing the encoding process (Object not found) : "D:\Lossless\Re\Bar9-2009-Bar9-dalle.tak"
Conversion failed: Object not found
Could not write chapter information: Object not found
could not enumerate tracks (Object not found) on:
D:\Lossless\Re\Bar9-2009-Bar9-dalle.tak
Total encoding time: 2:53.875, 23.86x realtime

it seems that the file disappears as soon as enconding finishes :/

edit: and making no changes what so ever other than installing 0.9.6.9 on top of the previous v1.0 beta (havent tried reverting from final yet) "fixes" the problem :/

Does it work if your destination is on the C: volume/hard drive?
Does fb2k have permissions to write to the folder "D:\Lossless\Re\" ?

using "-pmax" should still be proper syntax since it works in 0.9.6.9 and is also stated as valid in the documentation for tak.
i have no problems creating single files, only multitrack files (of any sort)

edit: scratch that... now its behaving strangly with single files also (only tak though)

edit2: ok, using the other syntax worked, but that doesnt explain why this has only been an issue since v1.0 beta :/

edit3: using "-pmax" also seemed to ignore the "-ihs" parameter :/

Because you were using a much older encoder before.[?] And as per the link I posted above, the switches have changed.

i was using tak 1.1.2 previously... so no thats not it
Code: [Select]
-p#        select encoder preset #: 0-4 (fastest to strongest, default is 2).
Append E/M (-p2m) to increase the evaluation level to Extra/Max.
pMax is a synonym for the strongest setting.
