Disable taskbar flashing?

I recently did a fresh reinstall of Windows 10 meaning I had to reinstall most of my programs afterwards. In my new installation of foobar2000, I can't seem to get the icon on my taskbar to stop flashing whenever I open an audio file from explorer via file association. It flashes several times every time I open a new file. I'm pretty sure I was able to disable this before somehow, but I can't seem to figure out how to do that again. Any help would be appreciated.
