Trying to find a tool to remove duplicates from a playlist by tags

Hi.

I'm trying to find a software that can scan a playlist, scan its files tags and show potential duplicates and the one to leave. Foobar2000's "Remove Duplicates" option is not what I want because it's just something that checks for the same files. I want to be able to find duplicates that are from multiple releases or their name to be slighly different.

Any options that doesn't involve command lines? Also has to be unicode compatible.

Thanks!
