Is it in any way special and/or better than fdk or apple/qaac?
some ANC'd headphones + AutoEq-based impulse + Meier Crossfeed (30%)

It seems there is no Orban AAC encoder software. From a search, it seems they make a decoder plugin for Windows Media Player. And they also have a DSP based hardware codec. This isn't something that you can download and run on PC.
