Does Realtek HD distort playback, is it good or not?

Hello, I've just changed my cpu for another one and it includes Realtek HD. Everytime I connect my headphones the porgram pops up and asks what I have connected speakers or headphones.

I use foobar200 for flac files playbak. My question is Does Rwaltek distort in any way the playback? If so is it good or not? I get the feeling I should not keep it but maybe I' wrong.
