What are the bit rates and bandwidth of audio on quality 10 and quality 25 settings?

Quality settings do not represent a certain bitrate. There are many factors, mono, stereo, multichannel. Complexity of the audio.

Why not just test for yourself en view the bitrate that comes out?

If you need a fixed bitrate just go with a CBR capable codec like mp3

Quality 25? Dude... :o
I can only tell that quality 10 is about 500 kbps.
