Is there a free one step mp3 to ogg aoTuVb5.7 converter?

Basically I need something like OggDropXPd that can be fed mp3 files.  Right now I'm having to decode my mp3s to wav before encoding them to ogg which is kind of a hassle when you do this often.  Is there a free program that can do all this in one step?

Transcoding is bad and not worth your time!. Henceforth don't do it or you make a lot of ears around here wabble
