Special Interest Taxes

In some places, CD-R media have a special tax or levy that goes to music groups to offset expected piracy.  In the USA, the RIAA is trying to add such a tax to computers (as a whole), CD-R drives, and ISP service on the assumption that the computer makers and ISPs are benefiting from the piracy of music.

Does anybody know of similar taxes on products which go to business/industry to offset expected crime?

Is there a tax on lock picks to pay for burglaries?
Is there a tax on guns to pay for crimes committed with guns?
Is there a tax on bullets to pay victims?
Is there a tax on fishing poles for people fishing without licenses?

The closest that I am aware of are the littering/disposal taxes on some products (now being added to car tires and some computers).  Does anybody have any better examples?
