Cannot edit subsong tag in mb4

Greeting - first post here

I have Foobar2000 v2.1.5 and somehow my "opening credits" is now at the end after "closing credits".

The subsong tag on the MB4 shows 2,3, ... ,1 which is wrong.  I have looking everywhere to fix this, even deleted the portable version and started over with no luck.  This issue does not present itself in either AudioBookConverter or VLC's when looking at chapters or playing the book, also MP3Tag shows the correct order.

Any help would be appreciated.
