Crash during shutdown

Foobar has been crashing upon shutdown for last couple of betas. When exiting, the program does not fully shutdown, it becomes unresponsive and the Windows alert sound chimes every few seconds, as if in a loop. No crash report is offered. The problem occurs even with all user-components unloaded (moved to temp folder). Running Win 10.

thanks

So it hangs instead of crashing. Peter can check what is wrong if you create a memory dump of the frozen player. Instructions here.

Attempted workaround introduced in 1.5 beta 13, thanks for the report.

Beta 13 shuts down, but not without protesting. When closing the app, there is a slight pause, then the Windows alert sounds, then it closes. Happy to send another memory dump, if that helps.

Thanks

A process monitor log of the issue would be interesting, to see what exactly it does.

Hi Peter,
I sent (pm'd) a link to a process monitor log yesterday.
Thanks again.
