[Feature Request] ability to add external Playlist Folder

You know how we can add an external location (ftp/http) as a music folder? I wish we could add one for playlist folders too.

Nevermind, I just found a workaround.

On your FTP server, have a separate folder for playslists and put a . in the folder name, like ".playlists" - you can add this folder as a music folder but foobar will properly recognize playlist files.
