Search For Cd Burning Sw

I am looking for a CD Burning application that will do the following when called from a command line:

Burn (Overburn if necessary) an audio cd using a .m3u playlist saved in a directory as the source of the files.

I use Nero and I am aware that the Nero API will almost do this. However, it doesn't appear to use .m3u files as the source of mp3 files.  (I know that Nero will support this but not apparently from the Nero API). 

Does anyone know a way of doing this with Nero?  Or Is there some other SW that will do this?
