QAAC 2.71 & iTunes 12.10.10.2

I placed qaac64.exe and CoreAudioToolbox.dll together in the same folder, but still get the error:

ERROR: CoreAudioToolbox.dll: The specified module could not be found.

Thanks. I thought I could find out the necessary files by running "qaac" after adding one file at a time, and using the error messages as a guide as to what files were necessary.
