Does everyone need to have their posts moderated?

I was just wondering if everyone's post was held for moderator approval?

Is there that much abuse given that a user-account is needed to make it work at all?

Tnx...*curious*

Why would I get the above warning on a new topic?

Your warning was carried over from prior to the forum move. It has been reduced. Let's hope you don't give us any reason to put it back up there again.
